We recommend that appointments be made in advance. All Spa services are subject to availability. Please advise upon booking services of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your service.

Please check in at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of scheduled treatments. However, our technicians will do all possible to provide the ultimate in spa services.

Lavender Crossing has established an excellent staff for your Spa Days. Our staff works on commission. With that in mind, we ask kindly that you call us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. If you are scheduled over 2 hours, a 25% payment must be made in advance. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours, we will charge the deposit fee. However, we will do all possible to re-book the missed appointment so that a reimbursement can be rendered. (If using a gift certificate the cancellation amount will be deducted from the total.)

Lavender Crossing is pleased to continue Spa Rewards, it is our way of thanking our clients for their loyal patronage. For every $500.00 of services or products purchased at Lavender Crossing you will receive a gift certificate for products for $50.00 or $25.00 for services.

Our front desk must manually extract your award dollars. We ask that if you would like to pick up your rewards, please call ahead so the documentation is available for your needs. If the front desk is busy, we ask that you give us the time needed to pull your record and calculate your awards. We apologize for this, however, our computer does not calculate the 11% discount automatically. The award is transferable to other parties, however, points received by an individual are not transferable.
